Last year I talked about finding the Peel Group's fifty story high pack em and stack em tower blocks in Liverpool Waters and Wirral Waters and their relation to AGENDA 21  Sustainable Development's Rewilding Programme of clearing the countryside and herding the people into the SMART cities and high rises. Well, I just found this on you tube and I think it's the first of the predictive programming events to steer us to accepting high rise life, a reduced population and never getting out and about in the country, the woods or the hills.
