The conspiracy charges against the rooftop 7 in Tom Crawford's eviction case failed when he judge discontinued the case for lack of evidence.
Central to the case was the alleged warrant issued by a court which failed to produce evidence that a warrant was actually issued.
The court staff which claimed to have issued it refused to sign any document to that effect.
The police could not obtain a copy or even proof that a warrant exists.
The judge failed to obtain it either.
The foreign mercenary (Polish Bailiff) claimed he was too ill to travel from his native land to give evidence after lying in his statement.
The counter attack against the utterly useless and possibly criminal police inspector in the case will be launched soon and his job, career and pension will be on the target list.
Police must learn to do their job and, in failing to do so, will find themselves targeted by lawsuits against them personally - not the police force - and criminal complaints where appropriate.
